It came down to 2 we liked. I couldn't decided so we decieded to hire both.

Hi!

We need a new fav admin!

It's a simlpe & easy job.

We need some one to log in to the club atleast once or twice a week.

All you have to do is check the messages, see who faved what, get the links to both the artist's work submitted & the club work subbmited. Send a nice note asking the person not to fav in the club & give them the link to the artist's page to fav & the club's page for the to remove their fav from.

Simple right?

We will give this a week or so depending on how many responses I get. When we deciede on the new admin, I will give all the info need for the job.

If anyone is insterested, please not me at my account *fairydustmagic with the subject "admin" or "fav admin".

Once again, please everyone, (we're begging you), PLEASE don't send in any more submissions! We've said it three times now, and we're still getting some new ones in. Please wait until we're done going through the ones that are backlogged, we're steadily going through them and it shouldn't be much longer now. I realize it's annoying but the more that come in, the longer it's going to take us.

One last note- please remind the dA community that faving on club submissions is NOT allowed nor tolerated. It's a general dA rule that club submissions are not to be faved or commented on, and a link is provided back to the original work. This is what all clubs do, this is what WE do, yet we are still getting some people who are faving club works. In my opinion, dA should allow the disabling of faving for clubs, but so far that hasn't happened. Anyway, I know it's not members who are doing this, but if everyone could put a little side-note into their journal about not faving on clubs that would be great.

Hey everyone, ~Spirit-of-Cavalia here again. Thanks so much to everyone for being so patient with me during my first week. All the people who requested joining months ago have been added, thank goodness.

This is just an update to tell you we have two new admins who for now are in charge of handling submissions. They are:


They have wonderfully agreed to take on some of the work around here. However, for the time being, please DO NOT send in any more submissions, we are completely swamped and need to get through the old ones. We will let you know as soon as we are nearing the bottom of the pile, and then you can start sending them in again. Thanks so much, I realize it's a bit of a pain.

Also please remember the club rules, the link is at the bottom. And if everyone could please put the club icon in their own journal if you haven't already done so, as it is one of the first rules. Sorry to be so picky.
